This is a tough time for me like my last post talked about, but I am treading along, still moving forward, or at least trying to.

I needed to read this, and maybe you do, too. I am at the gym believe it or not right now and peddling on this stationary bike made me think of what I am going through in life.

Sometimes I am going fast, but when I get tired, I slow down my pace, but I am always focused on the end result, completely 30 minutes.

That’s my life, sometimes I have to slow down my pace because I am reaching exhaustion. But I must keep going, even if it is slowly, to get to the end result, healing.

No matter how hard it is, or how hard I must work to get there, the goal for me is to keep going.

I hope you will keep going no matter what you are facing. You, just like myself, are worth it!
