What is the biggest challenge you will face in the next six months?
My biggest challenge that I’m going to make for myself over the next six months is to lose twenty pounds. I have already lost a lot of weight, but it’s hard to keep going while also dealing with my health stuff, my meds, and a tight budget. This isn’t just about the number on the scale for me, it’s about feeling more comfortable in my body and proving to myself that I can keep taking care of me, slowly and steadily. This goal is not about going on a strict diet, it’s about making a lifestyle change: eating healthier, not following a rigid plan, and finding ways to move my body more and be more active in my life.
