This is Connor. I am feeling so angry tonight and I don’t know why. My Dad just passed away 8 months ago and his birthday is tomorrow, well it’s after 11pm so like in 45 minutes. I don’t know why his birthday is causing so much anger, but I think I can guess as it is bringing all the shit I dealt with him. Aarons poem about anger described it so well. I just have this massive weight on my chest that’s threatening to crush my heart. I desperately need someone to talk to right now. But all I have is this blog. Anyway, I doubt I will sleep tonight.
