If I could start a sports team, the colors would be blue and white and the mascot would be dolphins. That is the name of my blog.

Dolphins have always fascinated me. They are beautiful creatures and when they swim it reminds me of freedom and joy, something that I am striving to attain on my healing journey from my painful past.

I am actually starting to gain that sense of freedom from the chains that have held me down.from living life to the fullest.

I’m also experiencing much more happiness and joy in life than I ever have. Of course, I still have tough days when all I can see is dark clouds, but I am having more and more days where the sun is shining bright and I can see clearly.

So, that is why I love dolphins so much and one of my favorite colors is blue because it represents the blue sky of endless possibilities. I love sitting out on my balcony on sunny days and enjoying the blue sky and the beautiful sunshine.

That is what I would name a sports team if I could make my own and blue and white would be the colors with the mascot being dolphins.
