My mind is racing, and my thoughts swirl.

Thinking becomes a stormy whirl.

A lot of tabs are opened in mind.

An important one too, I can’t find.

My patience runs thin as a string

because I can’t focus on just one thing.

The frustrations of others interacting with me

are nothing compared to how miserable I can be.

Struggling to prioritize, my mind becomes still.

While some may, I don’t enjoy the thrill.

Inconsistent become my life.

It only becomes misery and strife.

Sometimes, I hyperfocus and lose track of time.

Creative ideas suddenly emerge, and I lose lunchtime.

To some, it might seem like a fun ride.

But this impossible chaos looms; I tried.
