What is your favorite drink?
My favorite drink is lemon ginger tea. It doesn’t just taste good; it changes my whole headspace. When my anxiety spikes or I feel depressed and scattered, I make a mug and hold it in both hands while it cools. Something about the lemon and the heat helps me feel more awake and focused, but at the same time it calms my body down. Lemon ginger tea has become one of my main coping skills, a tiny ritual that helps me keep going when everything feels too loud.
