My mind’s a browser with many tabs.

Each thought vanishes into the void in a flash.

So many projects, so many goals.

At the end of the day, they all burn to ash.

My focus crumbles like a broken tower.

Tasks become a steep mountain to climb.

While sometimes hyper-focus consumes my energy,

and the rest is lost in time.

To shift, to breathe, to remember I still matter.

Sometimes shame hovers like clouds.

I am unique, not broken.

My thoughts are sometimes just loud.

There are days I drown in the noise.

My brain is like a radio stuck between stations.

I have learned to accept these chaotic days.

I have learned to change my self-narration.

This restless mind that others call a flaw

has bloomed my creative spirit.

Ideas, dreams, abilities shine.

It’s a story that unfolds as I tell it.

So, here I am, a work in progress.

A tale that has no ending.

A song that becomes a scattered symphony.

I am a garden that needs tending.
