The genie grants you a wish. What is it?

If a genie granted me one wish, I would wish for the world to change the way it sees disabled people, whether those disabilities are physical, mental, or psychological. Too often, disabled individuals are treated as second or third class citizens, as though they are somehow less valuable or less capable than everyone else. Many face judgment, ridicule, neglect, rejection, and even physical assault simply because they are different.

As a disabled person myself, this issue is deeply personal. I have often been treated as though I am less than others or viewed as a child instead of a competent adult. Disability does not diminish a person’s worth, intelligence, or humanity, yet society frequently acts as though it does. If I had only one wish, it would be for greater understanding, acceptance, and respect for disabled people everywhere. It would be a wish for a world where people are seen for who they are, not defined by their disabilities.
